I recently had the pleasure of using Tactical RMM and I am absolutely blown away by its capabilities. This Remote Monitoring and Management tool is provides a glorious user experience. The software is incredibly user friendly and I found myself easily able to navigate through the various menus and functions with ease.
It offers powerful features such as patch management, software deployment, and asset inventory, to name a few. I was pleasantly surprised to see the integration capabilities. It is lacking discovery and remote deployment for now, but frankly, you can script that yourself with a bit of Python and ChtGPT 🙂
I was also impressed with the level of security that is built into the tool, which ensures that all connections are securely encrypted. All in all, Tactical RMM is an excellent tool and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive and easy to use, (almost) free RMM solution.
